Dates: January 25 - 29, 2027
Cost: $2,000 USD per StudentThis course is for those that have proficiency in the basic functions of PLS-CADD and PLS-POLE and are looking to find out just how deep the rabbit hole goes with PLS software. You’ll learn the details and nuances behind finite element sag/tension and using the FEA SAPS engine to make the most accurate and detailed analyses possible. Also covered are electrical functions in PLS-CADD and advanced structure modeling in PLS-POLE. Become a PLS ninja, learn all the tricks, and unlock the full power of your PLS engineering software.
-
Dates: February 8 - 10, 2027
Cost: $1,200 USD per StudentThis course is for engineers, designers, and even surveyors that are looking to learn how to import .las/.laz LiDAR files from various sources into a PLS-CADD model for post processing and classification. Then learn how to use that data to build an engineering model or digital twin model to accurately reflect that surveyed data. And with an accurate digital twin learn how to perform clearance checks and thermal ratings, and how to communicate the results of those analyses quickly and efficiently with others.
-
Dates: February 11 - 12, 2027
Cost: $800 USD per StudentThis course focuses exclusively on the modeling and analysis of pole structures using PLS-POLE. Learn how to create and analyze various pole structures of various voltages of various pole materials like wood, steel, concrete, laminated wood, and fiberglass. You’ll learn the details about non-linear analysis and wood pole buckling, as well as advanced features like steel pole optimization, frameset library creation, and even some foundation design.
